Aftermath...

Aftermath.............
After such a scrumptous meal which left us all with bloated tummies, we decided to walk it off abit by taking the scenic route through Arab St and Haji Lane enroute to Liang Seah St at Bugis. The night scene at Haji Lane looks entirely different from daytime, as the entire lane is filled on either side with cafes, pubs and eateries jammed packed with sheesha smokers and turkish apple tea drinkers.

The infamous "House of Japan"

The end of Haji Lane

Yes, one way down this enchanting lane...

This is what it looks like in the daytime
After a short walk, we reached Tong Shui Cafe at Liang Seah St. This place makes for a good late night desserts and drinks place, as it operates from 12 noon till 6am daily. Famed for his traditional Hong Kong delicacies, we were in the mood for its wide array of teas, coffees and other herbal drinks.
